All around fitness is something we focus on every day at Dancing Through Life: fitness of the mind, fitness of the spirit, and most of all fitness of the body. In order to be the healthiest individuals and the most innovative dancers we first must treat our bodies with the utmost care. With these goals in mind we are bringing you a one of a kind Human Functionality & Foundations Workshop. In this three hour special occasion our certified personal trainer Ricardo Nater will be reviewing our body’s natural movement mechanics, looking at deficiencies which take us outside of these movements, learning how to correct deficiencies, and applying exercises to integrate this new structural integrity. After this three hour intensive workshop you will feel improved posture, you will have gained priceless knowledge to accommodate any existing injuries you may have, and you will be able to incorporate your new skills into your workouts, your dancing, and your day to day life to feel stronger, leaner, and more flexible. As the Owner & CEO of Dancing Through Life, Natalia Sanchez, has proven just how one woman can go about creating the life you want with intelligence, courage, and tenacity. After joining two successful start-ups while in college, she continued her education at Nova Southeastern University, where she received her PhD in International Finance. Recognized for her hard work, Natalia quickly distinguished herself as a high energy, fiscally conscious, and goal-driven executive, where at the ripe age of 23, she became the Chief Financial Officer for a company with $15 million dollars in annual revenues. Natalia’s love for Latin dance started in 2005, where after one salsa class, she was hooked! Her enthusiasm for music and dance was contagious, and at that moment, she knew she wanted to open up a dance studio. Being able to share the passion, satisfaction, and fulfillment that dance brings into this life with others, became her mission. With an eye for trendsetting concepts, combined with her entrepreneurial background, intrinsic flair for innovation and creativity, Dancing Through Life was established.

Here at Dancing Through Life, we will offer the first Zumba Master Class on June 7th. All of our are intense, but this class will blow your mind and kick it up a notch.
Zumba Classes at Dancing Through Life
Exercising doesn’t have to be dull. At Dancing Through Life, we try to make every day a day to love, live, and enjoy life. Our Zumba classes are led by our amazing Paula Picon. Her experience jazz, jazz broadway, hip hop, samba, ballet and flamenco classes along with her Group Fitness AFAA certification and an introductory Personal Fitness certification makes her one of the best Zumba instructors around.
So, what can you expect from a at Dancing Through Life? Expect some hip-hop, Latin, jazz inspired steps to a pulse-pounding beat. Expect a group, team-like atmosphere that is filled with people committed to losing weight while having fun. Most of all, expect to burn some calories.
A single, more intense Zumba class can help a person burn as much as or more. The quick aerobic dance moves also help people tone muscle and build a stronger, healthier heart. Different Zumba classes are more intense than others, and our Zumba Master Class is planned to be the most intense yet.
