Beyond the Basics: Dancing Through Life and the Zumba Master Class

If you want to push your workout to the next level, Dancing Through Life’s Zumba Master Class is the next step. The Zumba Master Class is for people who are experienced and enjoy dance aerobics, but who want a bit more of a challenge. Here at Dancing Through Life, we will offer the first Zumba Master Class on June 7th. All of our Zumba classes are intense, but this class will blow your mind and kick it up a notch.

Zumba master classExercising doesn’t have to be dull. At Dancing Through Life, we try to make every day a day to love, live, and enjoy life. Our Zumba classes are led by our amazing instructor Paula Picon. Her experience jazz, jazz broadway, hip hop, samba, ballet and flamenco classes along with her Group Fitness AFAA certification and an introductory Personal Fitness certification makes her one of the best Zumba instructors around. 

So, what can you expect from a Zumba class at Dancing Through Life? Expect some hip-hop, Latin, jazz inspired steps to a pulse-pounding beat. Expect a group, team-like atmosphere that is filled with people committed to losing weight while having fun. Most of all, expect to burn some calories. 

A single, more intense Zumba class can help a person burn as much as 500 calories or more. The quick aerobic dance moves also help people tone muscle and build a stronger, healthier heart. Different Zumba classes are more intense than others, and our Zumba Master Class is planned to be the most intense yet.
